Are square gutters better than half-round gutters?
Yes, square gutters offer higher flow capacity and a modern appearance, making them ideal for properties requiring efficient rainwater management.
Square Gutter - Black
Our Black Square Gutter is manufactured by FloPlast, the market leader in the UK.
Black Square Gutters combine a traditional colour with a modern appearance which is one of the reasons that this style has become so popular. The shiny gloss finish of black square guttering does resemble the old style cast iron box downpipes that are still found in high numbers in the London area. A wipe down once a year with a soft cloth and soapy water is all that is required to maintain the deep colour finish on black gutters.
Our wide range of square gutter products comes with a 10 year colour guarantee.

Do square gutters come with a warranty?
FloPlast square gutters are compatible with Hepworth, Brett Martin, and Hunter systems. For Galeco compatibility, please check product specifications or consult our technical team.
What size downpipe should I use with square gutters?
FloPlast 114mm square gutters connect to 65mm square or 68mm round downpipes (with an adaptor). Galeco 135mm gutters use a 70mm x 80mm rectangular downpipe.
How do I maintain square gutters?
Regular maintenance includes removing debris, flushing with water, and checking for leaks or blockages. Cleaning twice a year helps maintain performance. Use gutter protections for better gutter maintenance.
