Drywall Screws

Our drywall screws are coated in a rust resistant black phosphate finish and feature an extremely sharp point and coarse thread to allow for maximum ease of use when penetrating dry-lining substrates such as plasterboard.

Each screw has a Phillips bugle head, which is a countersunk head with a sweeping curve on the underside of the head that allows for a flush finish and prevents damage to the substrate.

When using drywall screws to fix plasterboard to timber, be careful not to sink the head of the screw too deep, it should sit just below the surface of the board. The screw thread should penetrate the wood by a minimum of 25mm.

We stock 3.5mm and 4.2mm diameter drywall screws in a variety of lengths and pack sizes.
