To be applied after lightly sanding the whole roof surface, topcoat is used at the end of the installation process to coat the laminated flat roof area. Apply cold in 1-2 coats with a brush or roller; the topcoat will fully bond to the roof membrane to form a complete system. The 10kg bucket of topcoat offers 20sqm of coverage.
