The Melfort Farm project is a gated development build of three separate homes that was completed in early October of 2019. Though each house varies in colour and style, all of them were fitted with our cast iron effect deepflow guttering. This project is a perfect demonstration of the versatility of the cast iron effect colour.

Since all of the buildings in this project have large and steep roofs, a regular half round or square gutter wouldn’t have been able to keep up with the volume and speed that rainfall would enter the guttering with. However this won’t be a problem with deepflow, as it has a carrying capacity of twice the size of our half round guttering, which can be increased further with the use of 80mm downpipes as opposed to the regular 68mm.

FEATURES OF DEEPFLOW GUTTERING

  • A semi-elliptical profile
  • High capacity-ideal for large roof areas
  • Pre-fitted gutter seal retaining clip system for fast user friendly installation
  • High flow rate means less outlets and less drainage runs
  • Both 65mm Square downpipes and 68mm Round downpipes can be connected to gutter system
  • System is covered by a BSI Kitemark - no. KM501316
