TapcoSlate Classic roofing is a ultimate solution to tile roofing on domestic and commercial properties. Each individual tile features pre-marked screw & fixings guides as well as horizontal spacers (5mm each side, making 305mm overall) on each side of the tile to inform the installer how close the tiles should be placed next to each other. These features make the installation process even easier and faster.
If needed, these tiles, as well as the ridges can be cut with a fine-toothed handsaw or a jigsaw. A fully installed composite roofing system is impermeable; it is BBA approved, has a BROOF(t4) designation, EN15601 wind rated (at 12 and 14 degrees) and has a Class IV hail rating, making it a great alternative to traditional slate, while being easier to handle and install.
