Tracking Your Order
As our goods vary greatly in size and weight, we use different carriers depending upon the goods that are ordered. You will be advised of exactly how your order will be delivered in the dispatch email that we send you. You will then be able to track your order as follows;
Deliveries via Tuffnells
All long and bulky items (including any orders that contain lengths of gutter and downpipe) tend to be delivered by our carrier partner Tuffnells (the big green delivery vans). Please note that Tuffnells are a trade carrier and unlike retail carriers who carry small parcels they will be unable to give you an exact time for your delivery.

We always recommend that you try be available to receive your goods so that you can check the delivery is complete and in good condition. If you are not available we will attempt to leave your goods in a safe location for you. However we would like to bring to your attention that we cannot be held responsible for any damages or shortages for goods left without a signature.
Deliveries via Parcelforce
You will be advised by your dispatch email how your products will be delivered. Small items up to 1.25m tend to be delivered by our carrier partner Parcelforce.
You will be contacted by Parcelforce directly by SMS updating you to the status of your delivery. Please use this facility to track your order. Parcelforce will not leave goods without a signature. If someone is not available to sign Parcelforce will leave a card and return your parcel to your local Post Office Depot.
